I know, between the pasta and the bread now, I may be challenged with getting enough exercise this week! – roasting a chicken later today – and then stock and soup – what a perfect Sunday (well after hours of homework – but it’s all worth it!). YUM! everything you make is always awesome! Thank YOU!! 🙂

yes! I’ve been busy – but making the soup today! (along with Yucatan-is). ur French onion soup is the best already – but if you make the onions even sweeter with extra caramelization, I can only imagine how awesome it will be!! YUM!

it was the best burger ever! I can give you the “rough draft” of a recipe – which is basically the post it notes I took while watching the show (same thing happened when I tool my neighbors chicken mole – the dad went immediately to check here to see if I posted a recipe – I sent him a pic of the post it note!) tho I CAN start writing some of this stuff down when it turns out well. that burger IS a keeper! XX
and right after that I made beef stroganoff …. LOL, but you are right – I DO love seafood!
good idea grant – I slipped out to Whole Foods this morning and got a much softer bread that should crisp up nicely and I’m making another one for lunch today (and the air fryer will crisp up those seafood bites perfectly! 🙂
