I made the Yucatan-ish soup again Sunday to take to my friend Kim, who just moved to Dayton and had furniture being delivered that day (yes, dropping on the porch only) – as I’m trying to limit grocery trips to a minimum, I made it with less poblano and lime than needed and no cilantro.
I ate the last bowl today (having shared most of it) and due to an early grocery run this am, got to turn that last bit into “real” perfect bites. That soup is just SOOO good!
is anyone out there reading me? I know you are bored! I was just notified that we were not making it through mcaffee virus sw. hoping we can remedy that!
