louis-ish sald …. was good (not fab) with leftover crab, added asparagus and leftover garlic croutons from caesar. that was lunch. then dog walks, and making zin braised short ribs (ok, a day late) – this time seriously following Chef Jenn’s recipe (last time was experimental) – OMG – the house smells amazing! can’t wait until they are done.
is anyone out there? cooking keeps me sane right now! but I would love some interaction!
