So bummed that my cooking class Sunday at Sur La Table on Thai food – and specifically Pad Thai -was cancelled. I was going to see if there were any cool tips/ingredients that could augment the test kitchen results that Cher and I achieved some years ago.
SOOO – last night I made Pad Thai with shrimp and tofu “our way” :-). still pretty darn good!
