Pasta Lovers!
I made a most amazing (yet simple) pasta for dinner last night (I’m ALL about bucatini right now – go figure) – so I thought I’d post it, as well as pretty yummy ones from the past couple of months.
Last night:
bacon – and everything else sautéed in it’s fat – cherry toms, peas (which didn’t add a ton of value – but that’s why they call it an experiment), shrimp, white wine and lemon juice – I was out of parm, but the sauce coated the pasta SO well I hardly missed it! OH and toasted pine nuts!
.
2 weeks ago – this was from one of my favorite books Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat (thank you again Grant! and thank you Samin!)
Pasta with broccoli and bread crumbs – surprisingly YUMMY! I would make this again!
and an old standby (which I may have even posted a recipe for)
Lemon Bucatini with Cherry Toms, Arugula and Parm!
