ok, I’m weird, I know it, but I often eat soup for breakfast (I make eggs only about twice a month, and it’s an omelette with more veggies than eggs :-). Maybe it’s because I don’t drink coffee and it’s nice to wrap your hands around a warm mug – especially on cold, rainy days.. Maybe it’s simple. Maybe it’s often got more nutrition and fiber than traditional b’fast food. Maybe I’m just weird.
this week it was the jambalaya that I made on Sunday (back by popular demand – Jenn M wanted some!) and last night I took a cue from Shannon Berry and made ham and bean soup from the honey baked leftovers Jenn M dropped off on Monday.
