El Mole de Jovita – YES PLEASE!

We had lunch in downtown Puerto Vallarta at Mole de Jovita – really good.

I’m all about their green Mole, and the orange Salsa – the guac was good (but mine is just as good), the soup and Chile relleno (comes with red or green mole) were both amazing.   Definitely best food I had while I was there – recipes are from the mother of the owner and “sacred” (tho they were happy to name the ingredients for me)

Would DEFINITELY recommend for any one traveling to PV!  see restaurant page for info
