Hey fellow quarantined foodies!
I launched the perfect bites FB page last week and I’ve been posting pics there instead of here (duh!) – will rectify that going forward. meanwhile, this week I’ve made beef vegetable soup with wheat berries, shrimp risotto, roasted chicken breast, power greens/quinoa sauté and right now have a baby pork tenderloin in the oven with potatoes and green beans! pics of the latter and soup below – the rest are on FB!

ok, that was seriously yum! beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes and a little leftover yellow bell pepper sautéed with onions and garlic. pork coated with a honey, garlic, dijon glaze, a yummy oniony sauce formed at the bottom (after deglazing pan). must write this down!
