      am I ready for this?  do I really want to re-introduce sugar into my life?  not that I don’t eat it at all, but I’ve never been a dessert person (don’t leave me alone with chips tho!) Tho I did bake for my Dad as a kid, when the neighbors give me yummy mousse or cookies they made, it will take me days to get through one! I get my sugar from wine 🙂

      But now while making yummy (yes SUPER yummy) things in baking class, bringing home tons of it, sharing only with the kids next door (as I’m still observing COVID restrictions) is creating a new challenge.

      here are homemade eclairs from last week (sorry for the delay), a chocolate ganache torte, mini lemon curd meringue tartlets – the latter both with almond flour homemade crusts….let’s just say “oh my!”

          not doing much for my waistline (I’m learning to eat and crave sweets – NOT good) but it’s WAY more fun that I anticipated!
