no, not a Marquez book, just my life
Please forgive me for not blogging – I’ve not been cooking much except for school (which I WILL post soon – yummy day yesterday).
My mom (living in assisted living in a retirement community) tested positive 10 days ago for Coronavirus (as it swept through half of the residents in 3 short weeks) nd has been in hospital on oxygen, tho she’s now moved to rehab and should be ok once she is weaned off of oxygen. ugh. also have 3 other friends critically ill (only one from the virus).
also school has now cancelled all live classes for the last 2 weeks of the semester (and you can’t cook remotely), so you will have to live with my home cooking again until mid January 🙂
Plan to cook a bit this weekend – thanks for your patience and support
