well, it’s been THREE weeks – I’m so sorry – but so much has happened in that time, I will duly catch up with you now on everything!
Grant came to visit 3 weeks ago (and yes, we were both tested just before, so that we could safely cook together in my kitchen) – what a treat! that amazing story will be the next blog!
Then I was so lucky to have 3 days at Norris lake with two girlfriends last week, all alone, cooking all of our meals and floating off the boat in the secluded coves. how serene (if you are FB friends with my personal page, you saw that awesome sunrise with the hummingbird).
Then, the most exciting news of all – I started culinary school this week! YES!! Midwest Culinary Institute (part of Cinci State). I can’t tell you how THRILLED I am! Tuesday lecture and Fridays are LAB class in the kitchen (i.e. we practice cooking).
