recipe added – Chicken Makhani

I knew I started with an online recipe years ago (when the book Eat Pray Love first came out), but I’ve clicked through several and couldn’t find one that matched – and realized my printed copy was from a version I typed up (so the tweaks over the years must have become too confusing to read as penned comments) :-).  So made some final tweaks and here’s my version!
