refrigerator stir-fry

      every now and then I just need to deal with a certain amount of veggies – and I had picked up bok chow (love this!) last week.   so I make “refrigerator stir fry” with whatever I can put my hands on and steam some basmati rice. Did it with chicken last week and pork this week to use up the bok chop.  while it’s always good (my neighbors enjoyed the last batch surprisingly), I’ve never really played with it to try to make something fantastic.   hmmmm. is it worth it?  or does it just remain a quick solution?   does anyone out there have a fabulous stir fry recipe?

      today is rainy – I think some cooking is going to happen!

      chicken and pork versions – the latter with sugar snaps!
