Old quarantine cooking pics (that were on FB only)

I know not ALL of your are FB users – so I’m posting a couple of other yummy meals I did earlier this week:

Shrimp Risotto and salad (with Jenn) turned out really well – with Jenn doing most of the stirring (tho I had to take over her shift for one break).  Still working on making the homemade croutons as perfect as they were New Years Eve. (bought more bread yesterday!)

Lunch when ur bored on a quarantined Wednesday!

Roasted chicken breast with garlic butter and sautéed kale, spinach, quinoa with mushrooms and bacon!  pretty darn YUM
