yesterday was whole grain pasta with a mushroom cream sauce, caramelized onions and prosciutto – pretty good, not Fabulous.
but I found bean sprouts at Whole Foods this morning – so I may get to do Pad Thai in the next day or two (in spite of my Thai cooking class at Sur La Table being cancelled! AND my food sanitation class for culinary school) – and about time for a soup for the fridge đŸ™‚
