      Hey Foodies!   First I did the tapas again last weekend (for PGH guests) and do really like Grants tortilla recipe and the croquetas – keepers!  and I have the date set in April for “Bites of Spain” night with my dear friends in Mariemont.  Also made my yummy crab quiche over the w/e for the golf gal guests.

      I’ve been playing with the look of the site – any comments?  (thanks John!)  LOVE the new logo! (thanks AGAIN Grant!).   and have my menu’s, recipes, etc. all set up for my cooking with friends night on Friday (see below).

      Was supposed to start culinary school this week – but class was cancelled (Food Sanitation – how perfect!) but I can take it in May.  made chicken salad with the rest of the rotisserie chix from the soup. YUM!

      Last, I made a luscious Crab Louie Salad last night (thanks for suggestion Kim!) with the rest of the crab from the quiche that needed to be used. SUPER YUM!

        I also made a yummy thrown together (and fairly healthy) chicken, veggie, creamy cheesy bake with zucchini noodles and riced cauliflower.  was actually quite good (just had leftovers :-). I think that was the overview of my cooking week!
