      Well for those of you who followed my painful and comical saga of finding ingredients for this soup (for DAYS!), and tolerated the pics of my mediocre first version, my market research and taste analysis, etc. I made a pot last Friday that was pretty darn good (as pronounced by TWO of my good friends – David and Lisa!) – I believe the words delicious were used multiple times!

      Most important, I discovered that Saigon Market (in Findlay Market, here in Cincinnati) carries both the Galangal and Kaffir Lime Leaves as “fresh, frozen” (not dried) – which means I can keep them in my freezer to use as needed.   MAJOR SCORE!!!  🙂

      I may continue to tweak, but I’ve posted this recipe here!
