      Arrived yesterday to a pretty gray day (tho I hear from Grant that last week was GORGEOUS!) and it’s been raining so far today but looks to be clearing up a bit now (noonish)

      we walked over to a lovely little restaurant and sat outside – had a nice local wine and pretty darn good food @ La Madelena.  I had a grilled artichoke and the yummy shrimp tacos with jicama below!

      they don’t appear to have a website, but address is: Av. Francisco Medina Asencio 2025, Col. Las glorias, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco 48333

        LOL.. so healthy…. Fried shrimp with jicama.  Fresh corn tortillas for me please.

            they were yummy – our cooking class got delayed until Thursday (and I made shrimp pasta for us last night) but we are going “downtown” this afternoon and I expect to find some really nice “bites”!  🙂
